Nuart is not responsible for customer-submitted errors.

Orders are typically processed within 7–10 business days unless otherwise stated. Production times may vary during peak seasons.

4. Shipping

We ship Australia wide via Australia Post.

Standard shipping rates apply unless free shipping promotions are active. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and Australia Post processing times.

Nuart is not responsible for delays caused by postal services once the order has been dispatched.

5. Returns & Refunds

Due to the personalised nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind.

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and details. We will assess the issue in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Nothing in these terms excludes your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
